Role Overview:
As a skilled service technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Working in our main shop, you will collaborate with a team of experienced technicians and service advisors to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct routine maintenance on a variety of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify vehicle issues accurately. Repair and service vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards. Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and tools effectively. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an automotive service technician (certification preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
