Full Job Description Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be trained to assist callers with scheduling vehicle repairs, claims, and interacting with the repair shop for updates.
Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the auto industry (i.e or Lube Technician, Auto Mechanic, Auto Service Advisor, or Tire Technician). Must have computer skills Previous vehicle repair experience a plus
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours) Monday
- Friday (one Saturday a month rotational) Monday & Friday (remote) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (onsite in office) Must be able to work any hours Mon
- Fri between 10 am
- 8 pm If hired the first 30 days will be onsite for training
