Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Prior Dealership Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director experience Required
  • MUST possess Strong Leadership Skills
  • MUST be Process Oriented with the ability to identify an issue or problem and find a solution
  • Should possess a Proven Track Record of success and department growth
  • Domestic Brand dealership experience is preferred, but NOT Required
  • Tech savvy with social media and digital advertising is a PLUS
  • Proactive Management Style with great analytical skills and the ability to develop & implement effective processes to achieve department profit and efficiency goals
  • Strong People Skills to effectively supervise, train & manage a team
  • Excellent Customer Service skills & focus on achieving high CSI at or above company standards
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Working knowledge of DealerTrack software a
PLUS Responsibilities Include:
  • Identify problems or areas of improvement and develop a process to reach department and organization goals, implementing the necessary changes and processes
  • Manage, Mentor, Motivate, Develop and Train the service & parts team
  • Take charge and build the business market share in coordination with the Sales Department to achieve the highest level of success
  • Provide the highest level of Customer Service
  • Work with management to set production and gross objectives
  • Determine requirements and staff technical teams relative to production requirements, ensuring expertise of members to be adequate
  • Maintain the Service Department within the financial parameters set by management
  • Assure the proper repair order flow for maximum productivity
  • Monitor warranty activity and assures compliance with warranty policies and procedures
  • Follow all federal, state, manufacturer & company policies and procedures to ensure that the department runs smoothly and that the paperwork is completed as required Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to:
