Auto Service Advisor Team 1 1008 Union Center Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30004 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while their vehicles are being serviced. The Service Advisor will facilitate communication between customers and service technicians, providing updates on vehicle status and recommendations for maintenance or repairs. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs. Accurately document customer concerns and relay information to service technicians. Provide detailed explanations of services needed, including oil changes, brake repairs, and other maintenance tasks. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle and any additional services required. Process cash handling transactions efficiently and accurately. Assist in automotive sales by recommending services that enhance vehicle performance and longevity. Utilize service writing skills to create detailed service orders for technicians. Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Experience Previous experience in a general repair shop is preferred. Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills. Experience in automotive service writing is required and TekMetric is desired.
