Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians usetheir knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for ourcustomers Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanicacross a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full,accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of ateam to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, andorganization Work closely with the service department andeffectively communicate customer concerns Work together with otherTechnicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliverdistinguished results

Qualifications Qualifications:

Strongdiagnosing ability of both mechanical and electrical complaints andand skills to repairing all makes/models of vehicles Positiveattitude and a desire to serve guest 3 years of experience as anautomotive technician/mechanic ASE Certifications preferred, or aplan to achieve Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learningadditional skills and processes Professional appearance and strongcommunication A desire for long-term career development

PhysicalRequirements:

Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be ableto work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work intight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have theneeded dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/standfor the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissionsvehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simplepremise of providing precision auto repair with transparency,integrity and a philosophy of people first.
