Pressure Washing Technician – Truck Wash + Field Jobs (Part-Time) A&M Commercial Services Union City, GA 30291 A&M Commercial Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Pressure Washing Technician to handle truck washing at our South Fulton yard and assist with commercial and residential pressure washing jobs throughout Metro Atlanta. This is a flexible part-time role with weekend shifts required and the potential for weekday work depending on demand. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn commission by closing sales with customers on-site.

Primary Responsibilities:

Operate pressure washing equipment to clean commercial trucks (dump trucks, semi-trailers, bobtails, flatbeds, etc.). Perform truck washing at the yard using commercial-grade pressure washing equipment. Maintain equipment through pre- and post-use inspections. Mix and prepare cleaning chemicals safely. Follow all safety protocols to ensure quality and safety. Keep work areas clean and organized. Engage with customers entering the yard, offering services, answering questions, and closing on-the-spot sales (commission earned). Assist with pressure washing jobs at commercial and residential properties as needed (breezeways, dumpsters, driveways, etc.).

Requirements:

Dependable, responsible, and punctual. Able to work outdoors Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly. Previous pressure washing, truck washing, or related mechanical experience preferred but not required (training provided). Basic mechanical aptitude required (understanding of equipment, minor troubleshooting). Strong communication and customer service skills. Solid time management; ability to prioritize tasks independently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
