About Us:
Million Mile Motors is one of the highest-volume independent dealers in Georgia with two locations and over 800 vehicles. We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Service Manager to lead our 16-lift, 8-bay mechanic shop and oversee the reconditioning of 100+ cars per week. ⸻ ????
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a high-throughput service department (8 bays, 16 lifts)
- Lead and motivate a team of 8-10 technicians and support staff
- Prioritize internal reconditioning work (safety checks, brakes, oil, AC, etc.)
- Assign repair jobs based on skill level and efficiency
- Order and manage parts inventory
- Maintain recon times under 48 hours per unit
- Track technician productivity and flat-rate hours
- Enforce quality control and safety standards
- Report daily KPIs to ownership ⸻ ????
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or Dispatcher
- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Experience in a flat-rate, high-volume shop preferred
- Knowledge of DealerCenter, Frazer, or Tekion a plus
- Ability to manage recon flow and maximize lift usage
- Clean driving record
- Work 6 days a week. 8AM

Compensation:
Base Salary:
$65,000
- 80,000/year (based on experience)
Bonus Structure:
- $12 per car reconned and ready for the lot
- Additional performance bonus for hitting monthly targets
Example:
At 100 cars/week = up to $5,200/month in bonuses
