Master Technician Exotic Luxury Autos 1407 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30501 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our dynamic automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in automotive diagnostics and repair, particularly in powertrain systems and diesel engine repair. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of service for our customers while mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a positive work environment. Duties Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems. Align and calibrate vehicle systems to manufacturer specifications. Conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports on vehicle conditions. Collaborate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend necessary repairs to customers. Mentor and train junior technicians in best practices for automotive service and repair. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and dealership policies. Utilize automotive estimating software to provide accurate repair estimates. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Skills Proficient in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Strong understanding of automotive service procedures, particularly in powertrain systems. Experience with diesel engine repair is preferred. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience working as a service technician in a dealership setting is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. $25.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
