Meredith Park Drive, McDonough, GA 30253 Job Overview We are seeking a determined, punctual and skilled Technician to join our team in maintaining or repairing chassis containers, Tractor Trailers, or commercial box trucks. Repairs consist of but are not limited to, tire changes, tire patching, brakes, Lighting and container repair. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the customer’s commercial equipment. Maintenance or repairs include tires, hubs, brakes, along with the air braking system, and electrical systems along with the container itself. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial maintenance, electrical and air systems, customer service, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently. Training is available for the right candidate. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial equipment, ensuring optimal functionality. Troubleshoot electrical systems and components to identify and rectify issues. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in repairs and installations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally. Collaborate with team members for installations and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial maintenance or a related field. electrical skills with the ability to analyze simple systems. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and clients. Customer service experience is preferred to enhance client interactions. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments accurately. Welding skills are advantageous for performing necessary repairs. Plumbing skills are a bonus since the job entails air system repairs.
