VW Experienced Automotive Technician Volkeswagen of Warner Robins 741 Russell Parkway, Warner Robins, GA 31088 Volkswagen of Warner Robins is looking for an experienced and highly skilled A-Level Automotive Technician to join our award-winning service team. We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong diagnostic capabilities and advanced electrical repair expertise. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is committed to delivering top-tier service on every vehicle, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repair of vehicle systems, with an emphasis on electrical, drivability, and control module issues. Accurately complete Volkswagen-mandated multi-point inspections on all vehicles. Document all diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations thoroughly on repair orders. Work closely with service advisors to clearly communicate additional service needs and estimated repair timelines. Conduct road tests to validate diagnostics and confirm repair quality when necessary. Perform complex repairs and routine maintenance following Volkswagen factory standards. Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting or exceeding VW Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) benchmarks. Complete all warranty work and associated documentation in compliance with Volkswagen warranty procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ASE certifications are strongly encouraged. Volkswagen Factory Certifications are a major plus (training available for qualified candidates) Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics and repair Proficiency in Volkswagen systems and diagnostic tools such as ODIS preferred Must own a complete set of professional-grade tools Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume service environment Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)

$60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
