Tow Truck Service Technician First Call Towing & Auto Repair 1231 Turner Rd, Madison, GA 30650 Tow drivers responsibilities performing minor roadside repairs, tire changes, and jump-starting cars. Also picking up and delivering cars from one destination to another, communicate with dispatcher and customers in reference to jobs. Tow drivers must have a valid driver’s license, strong communication and time management skills, basic mechanical skills, attention to detail when documenting work. If no experience we are willing to train. Mechanics need to be experienced also having the skills of problem solving, being efficient, detail oriented, great communication and strong work ethic. mechanics should be able to inspect, troubleshoot and conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability in a timely manner. Summary As a Tow Truck Driver/Mechanic, you will be essential in providing roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. This role requires core skills in driving and operating tow trucks, along with premium skills in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge. You will be responsible for diagnosing vehicle issues, performing repairs, and managing conflicts effectively. With no prior experience required, strong communication and time management skills are vital for success in this dynamic position.
