Us Rt 3, Campton, NH 03223 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential vehicle maintenance tasks, ensuring that customers’ vehicles are operating at their best. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive service, including oil changes and tire service. This position requires a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Please note this job requires a background and MVR check, but each candidate will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct tire services, including rotations and pressure checks. Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks. Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and tools. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with service writers about clients’ vehicle needs. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus. Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude. Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends. Must be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
