Service Advisor at Ginn Chevrolet – Covington, GA Ginn Chevrolet is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with all service-related inquiries Perform vehicle walk-arounds and accurately document customer concerns Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs Present service recommendations and consult on applicable specials or promotions Clearly document declined services and set reminders for future appointments Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including cost and timing updates Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure complete satisfaction upon service completion Provide personalized support for in-person or phone inquiries to ensure a seamless experience Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and exceptional service Maintain thorough knowledge of Chevrolet products and service offerings

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor (Chevrolet or GM experience a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills A team-first attitude and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license
