Experienced Service Advisor Ginn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is expanding and looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Covington, GA. If you’re a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries in person and over the phone Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document customer concerns Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs Present recommended services and explain repair options Document declined services and schedule future maintenance follow-ups Keep customers informed of repair timelines, costs, and any changes Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction at every step Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service Provide product knowledge and answer service-related questions confidently
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive service role Strong communication and customer service skills High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
