Service Team Manager- Duvall Automotive Group Location:

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through the service process Communicate clearly with technicians, parts staff, and customers Follow up by phone, text, and email to keep customers updated Help customers understand recommended services and maintenance Write up repair orders accurately and stay on top of workflow Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment Go the extra mile to support your teammates when needed
