Writer Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive attitude and a team atmosphere. Maintain TOP tier customer satisfaction ratings, we’ll teach you how. Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner. Obtain customer and vehicle information in order to adequately write up customer’s concerns. Set clear expectations of repair timeline. Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions Act as a liaison between customers and technicians providing excellent communication between all parties. Gather information provided from customer, technicians, and parts staff to create clear and accurate repair estimates for customer approval. Contacts customers regarding status of customer repairs and keeps them well informed of any potential changes in the estimate or repair timeline. Review work performed with customer and do final quality check of all details before collecting payment and returning vehicle to customer. Other duties as assigned.
