The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional hospitality and support within our establishment. As a Service Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are parked safely and efficiently while also assisting guests with their needs. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles. Safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Provide valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are parked in designated areas. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and provide assistance as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist with the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth transition. Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest experience. Uphold company standards for hospitality and customer service at all times. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with valet parking procedures is a plus. Experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting is advantageous.
