Automotive Service Advisor WOW Express 911 N Broad St, Monroe, GA 30656 Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in automotive systems and excellent customer service skills will help ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and facilitating communication between customers and technicians. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including oil changes, tire services, air brake inspections, and suspension work. Prepare accurate auto estimates based on customer requests and vehicle assessments. Maintain clear communication with technicians regarding customer concerns and service requirements. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered. Manage service appointments and maintain an organized schedule. Promote dealership services and products to enhance sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process. Experience Previous experience in an automotive service role is preferred, particularly in a dealership environment. Strong understanding of automotive systems, including mechanics, air brakes, tires, suspension systems, and general automotive service practices. Proven sales experience is a plus to effectively promote additional services to customers. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
