The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service, with a focus on tire installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and performance of vehicles. Responsibilities Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various vehicles. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently to complete tire-related tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend replacements or repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to customers effectively. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options, maintenance, and vehicle performance. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive diagnostics to enhance service quality. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic, preferably in tire maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot automotive issues effectively. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to lift heavy tires and stand for extended periods during shifts. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
