Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced field auto technician to join our team. The successful applicant will have the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues, from routine maintenance to complex mechanical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
• Utilize schematics and hand tools to diagnose and repair issues with engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Develop and maintain accurate estimates for automotive services, ensuring that customers receive transparent and competitive pricing.
• Work in a fast-paced mobile repair environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology and repair techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as necessary.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure that all vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
• Be able to get to and from jobs efficiently and in timely manner.
• Properly use Square and Appointments application.

Skills:

• Strong background in automotive repair.
• Able to work taxing work conditions such as hot days, cold days, and other non optimal weather days.
• Proficiency in using schematics and hand tools to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive service procedures.
• Ability to develop accurate estimates for automotive services.
• Experience working in the mobile auto repair field, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with align and other automotive technologies.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Requirements
• Valid current driver’s license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Mobile electronic device with access to the internet.
• Have basic hand tools and equipment.( wrenches, sockets, etc…)
