Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and build custom automotive lighting products, including headlights, tail lights, fog lights, and more. Work with 12V systems to test, troubleshoot, and ensure proper functionality. Accurately follow work orders and verify all parts and materials are pulled before each build. Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Support front office staff by providing technical insight during the scheduling of installations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces. Perform final inspections to ensure builds meet ORACLE Lighting quality standards.
Qualifications:
Experience working with automotive lighting, electronics, or 12V systems is a strong plus. Must be detail-oriented and capable of following complex build instructions accurately. Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Comfortable climbing, reaching, and balancing while working on various vehicles or fixtures. Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
