As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their service needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. GM Experience is required. •

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document their service requests. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including estimated costs and timeframes. Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicles. Keep customers informed about additional services or repairs that may be needed. Upsell additional services and maintenance packages as appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions. Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the car industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer applications
