RESPONSIBILITIES
Treat customers like friends and honored guests Be an expert in all forms of communication: Verbal, Non-Verbal, Written, and Electronic Keep customers informed as to the status of their vehicles Accurately open and close repair orders following all necessary guidelines Always learning and looking to improve on individual skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
