This is ahigh-impact leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations,drive efficiency, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Service Manager:

Manage an efficientand profitable high-volume automotive dealership Service DepartmentManage and coach automotive technicians, service advisors, andsupport personnel Oversee employee training and development Ensuretop-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concernsMonitor department performance (sales, gross profit, productivity,CSI scores) Develop action plans to improve performance andincrease customer loyalty and CSI Set and obtain sales objectivesand control costs Ensure maintenance and repairs are performedcorrectly Ensure proper equipment maintenance and a safe workingenvironment

Requirements:
Required:

Automotive dealership servicemanagement experience with excellent leadership, sales, timemanagement, ‘people’ and administrative skills Strong managerialand motivational skills Verifiable track record of growing thebusiness and high customer satisfaction Outstanding customerservice and customer/employee retention skills Financial andbusiness acumen and the ability to increase revenue and profitsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment Excellent computer, customer service and communicationskills Professional appearance and demeanor Must be able to work anextended hours schedule, including weekends.
