What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers with warmth and clarity Write up repair orders and translate technician findings Coordinate workflow and keep everyone on the same page Deliver a top-tier customer experience from drop-off to pick-up Work alongside a close-knit, supportive team What You Bring to the

Table:

At least 3 years working in a shop (advisor or technician experience) A knack for communication, spoken, written, and in between Reliability, honesty, and a solutions-first mindset focused on building customer relationships Ability to juggle a few things at once without dropping the ball Familiarity with Tekmetric or similar software (we’ll train you on ours) Strong attention to details
