Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication servicesfor vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areasthat require attention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such astire rotations and fluid level checks. Basic computerknowledge/aptitude Keep track of inventory and ensure all suppliesare readily available. Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure asafe working environment. Requirements Attention to detail andability to follow instructions. Excellent problem-solving skillsStrong customer service and communication skills Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Able to learnand follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. AchieveSuperPro certification. Must have reliable transportation.

Essential Functions Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers.

Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicle when necessary.

Inspect/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. Add oil toengine in the proper amount based on specifications of vehiclemake/model. Able to remove/rotate/lift/reinstall tires for tirerotation service. Lubricate necessary components of thechassis/driveline. Perform additional services on cooling systemsand transmissions. Perform second checks by visually verifying andperforming proper callouts to ensure all necessary services havebeen performed correctly. Able to move from bay to bay to performservices on multiple vehicles. Frequently ascends/descendsstairs/catwalks/stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts (filters,wipers, etc.) or perform services top side or underneath thevehicle (drain oil, replace filter, differential services,lubrication) Able to work for extended periods of time with armsabove your head when performing services underneath the vehicle ona catwalk. Constantly positions self to perform required servicesunder the hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneaththe vehicle. Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50pounds. Able to work with tools to perform duties in tightsometimes hard to reach areas. Communicate verbally and receiveverbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately,safely and in the proper order. Environment In this position youwill be subject to environmental conditions. Activities occurinside and outside and in varying temperature conditions. In thisposition you will be subject to noise. There is sufficient noise tocause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noiselevel. In this position you will be subject to hazards. Includes avariety of conditions including but not limited to proximity tomoving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current,exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals. In this positionyou will be subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of thefollowing conditions that may affect the respiratory system orskin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, restricted ventilation. Inthis position you will be required to function in narrow aisles orpassageways such as catwalks.
