What You’ll Do:

Be the

Voice of Our Brand:

Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the moment they walk in.

Expert Guidance:

Leverage your automotive knowledge to provide tailored recommendations and clear explanations, helping customers make informed decisions about their vehicles.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our talented technicians to ensure timely service delivery, maintaining a seamless workflow that keeps customers happy and returning.

Customer Advocate:

Follow up with customers’ post-service to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships, turning one-time visitors into loyal clients.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years as an Automotive Service Advisor, with a solid understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Passion for

A genuine desire to help customers and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Strong Communicator:

Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their choices.
