Lube & Inspection Technician Harbro Auto Sales & Service Whitinsville, MA 01588 Job Summary Automotive Technician needed to join our Linwood service team as we expand our services to performing state vehicle inspections. The ideal candidate will possess general mechanical knowledge. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing state vehicle inspection, oil changes and other maintenance and repair tasks. Candidate will be required to take and pass state licensing class. Duties Perform state vehicle inspections Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles. Conduct tire services, including rotations and pressure checks. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for maintenance tasks. Assist with general automotive service duties as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with service technicians to identify additional services that may benefit customers. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service preferred. Licensing to perform state vehicle inspections a must. Familiarity with tire service techniques and equipment. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Previous experience is a plus. State Inspection experience is a plus. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the automotive field.
