Mechanic at Town of Brunswick in Brunswick, Maine, United States Job Description The Town of Brunswick Public Works Department seeks exceptional candidates for the position of Mechanic. This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of light- and heavy-duty trucks and equipment. The preferred candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar work environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Class B commercial driver’s license, or the ability to obtain one within six (6) months of hire, is required. This position is full-time (40 hours per week) with a pay range of $25.95 to $32.93 per hour, plus an additional $0.25 per hour for each ASE Series T (Medium-Heavy Truck) certification.
