It’s a fast-paced job, and up to 30 or more cars per day is a real possibility. Depending on your experience and certifications, we’re starting off at $20-$25 per hour for 40 hours. We do that with a fireman’s shift of 3 days at 12 hours, and a 4 day of 4 hours, on a Monday-Thursday basis. Essentially you are doing alignments for all the cars in the shop, so we need someone who is motivated, focused on the job, and connecting personally with the other techs on the team. There is certainly an opportunity to grow and advance in the shop; we want to see people grow in terms of pay and responsibility.
