Master Technician Position Available In Clay, Missouri

Job Description:

Avenica is a Talent Partner of Walser Automotive Group, helpingto launch Master Technician careers at Walser. Looking for elitetechs only who can help lead a shop. 10 years of experiencerequired. Genesis/Hyundai techs preferred but not required. Needsomeone who can produce at a high level (50 hrs weekly) and coachand develop the rest of the shop. Willing to pay up to $50/flag hr.

Overland Park, KS Compensation:

$29.20/hr guaranteed plushourly increase based on production. Willing to pay up to $50/flaghr.

Schedule :

Guaranteed 40hrs/week, M-F with 8hr shift betweenthe hours of 7am – 6pm (to be assigned based on business need)Walser’s Tech Life Program is focused on growing techs with adedicated career path, paid training, team structure, and tuitionreimbursement . You will becomefamiliar with all of Walser’s vehicle line-up, the inner workingsof our dealership, and will be an integral part of the serviceteam.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnosis on customer anddealership vehicles. Use OEM and aftermarket scan tools to diagnosevarious no start, vehicle performance issues, squeaks, rattles, andsuspension concerns. Communicate what parts department and neededparts for repair. Keep abreast of latest repair techniques andconcerns for your OEM store. Complete all approved repairs fromstart to finish. Utilization of video multi-point inspectionsAssure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices ofwearing safety glasses and hard-toes shoes and slip resistantfootwear.

We’re Looking For:

8 years of automotive technicianexperience required Ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced,active environment. Reliable, team player mentality High standardfor quality and attention to detail Self-starter with capability tomanage your day. Valid Driver’s License Must be 18 years of age.

Automotive degree and/or OEM certification preferred.
