South Garrison Avenue, Carthage, MO 64836 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our fleet service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in truck and equipment repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency in vehicle servicing tasks. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are properly maintained and serviced, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations and filter replacements. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various service tasks. Assist in automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues with vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Qualifications Proven experience in truck repair or vehicle maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with automotive service practices, including tire service and basic diagnostics. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate both power tools and hand tools effectively. Previous experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
