Job Summary:

The Lube Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. This position plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining the safety and performance of their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform oil and filter changes on all types of vehicles Inspect and top off all vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, power steering, windshield washer, etc.) Rotate and inspect tires; adjust tire pressure as needed Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades Perform multi-point inspections and recommend services to Service Advisors Maintain clean and organized service bays Follow all safety protocols and procedures Assist other technicians as needed Keep accurate records of services performed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in automotive service or a fast-paced environment is a plus Basic mechanical knowledge and eagerness to learn Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
