This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled toopen in early July 2025. Interviews will begin in May 2025. We arelooking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, andhave a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for haveto seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion fordoing what’s right for our guest. Responsibilities include, but arenot limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills todiagnose and fix vehicles for our guest Continuously buildexperience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range ofdomestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honestcourtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshootcustomer concerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote ourhigh standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Workclosely with the service department and effectively communicatecustomer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solveproblems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results

Qualifications Qualifications:

Positive attitude and a desire toserve guest 3 years of experience as an automotivetechnician/mechanic ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan toachieve Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models ofvehicles Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learningadditional skills and processes Professional appearance and strongcommunication A desire for long-term career development

PhysicalRequirements:

Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be ableto work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work intight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have theneeded dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/standfor the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissionsvehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Additional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simplepremise of providing precision auto repair with transparency,integrity and a philosophy of people first.
