What You’ll Do Perform multi-point inspections and safety checks on incoming used inventory Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on domestic, import, and luxury makes Complete pre-delivery repairs, brake jobs, suspension work, and fluid services Accurately document all work completed and flag hours Work closely with the Used Car Manager and Recon team to keep vehicles flowing What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working on a wide range of vehicles (Toyota experience is a plus) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and pride in producing safe, reliable work Why Work at Principle Toyota of Hernando?
