Automotive Service BDC Representative (Customer Support) Walt Massey Chevrolet of Hattiesburg 1503 W Pine Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 Walt Massey Automotive Group is a fast growing automotive retail company, serving South Mississippi, Florida,Arkansas,and Louisiana . We are looking to add an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to our team as a Business Development Center(BDC) Representative. As a BDC Representative, you’ll be a part of a team of motivated professionals, seeking to assist with the growth and success of our company.

Base Pay :

$12/hour +

Commission Shift Available:

Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel. Provides administrative assistance as needed. Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer. Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Provide service management information by completion reports. Attend service meeting and training sessions as required. Follow all company policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus! Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skills Proficient knowledge of the Internet/Computer Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude High School Diploma or equivalent Walt Massey Automotive is a family-owned company, serving the southern AL/MS communities in 4 locations with 8 individual automotive dealerships.
