Automotive Paint Technician Williams Collision Services 21461 Highway 49, Saucier, MS 39574 Automotive Paint Technician Williams Collision services is looking for a full-time painter to join our expanding team. Excellent pay, great work environment and continued training.

• Requirements:

• Ability to multi tasks, self-motivated, team player, take pride in accomplishments, positive attitude and work experience-minimum of five years in an automotive refinishing / shop setting.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces as needed.

Strip paint from vehicles using appropriate techniques and tools. Select and mix paint and coatings according to specifications. Apply primer, paint, and clear coat using spray guns and other application tools. Ensure high-quality finish by conducting final inspections and touch-ups. Follow safety standards and protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and operating equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with technicians and other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in automotive refinishing or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter Proficiency in using spray guns, sanders, and other painting equipment. Strong knowledge of paint mixing and color matching techniques. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Valid driver’s license
