CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATORS

to add to our amazing Service Team!

Job Duties:

• Make outbound calls to existing & new schedule service visits and promote dealership services
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone professionally
• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
• Process customer payments accurately as the service cashier
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Schedule loaner vehicles for customers, track mileage and vehicle condition, rotating vehicles out of service as needed
• Monitor and reply to customer reviews (Google, Facebook, manufacturer sites), drafting professional responses with management input
• Report customer feedback trends to management
• Collaborate with Service Manager, service advisors and other departments for smooth service flow
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with administrative tasks and service department projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Prior experience in Customer Service, Receptionist, or Cashier role is

REQUIRED

• Prior Appointment Scheduling or BDC experience is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) is a PLUS
• Good phone etiquette
• Ability to accurately operate a cash register or POS system
