The Dismantler plays a crucial role in disassembling vehicles and assisting in the recycling process. Responsibilities
• Disassemble vehicles following established guidelines and procedures including engines and transmissions
• Identify and remove usable parts for resale or recycling
• Organize and catalog removed parts for inventory purposes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist in maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
• Safely remove bolted and unbolted auto parts with skill and finesse to prevent damage
• Safely maneuver around the yard and warehouse Qualifications
• 3+ years of verifiable hands-on automotive repair/parts pulling experience or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Customer service skills to interact with internal teams
• Must be able to use hand tools and air tools
• Must own and maintain all the tools necessary(Including Impacts)
• Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
