RN Long Term Care/Auto Offer/$43/HR MTK Technologies 900 West Dolphin Street, Siler City, NC 27344 Job Overview As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to patients. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive care. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans Assist in procedures such as wound care, IV administration, and catheterization
