Tire & Lube Technician Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Perform tire changes, flat repairs, and rotations
• Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance or repair needs
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of all services performed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills for record keeping purposes This position requires a motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
