- Responsibilities
- Service Department Support
- Work closely with Service Advisors to schedule customer appointments
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries
- Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with customers as needed
- Assist with checking out customers after service is completed
- Parts Department Support
- Collaborate with the Parts Manager to notify customers when special-order parts arrive
- Occasionally assist in pulling parts from inventory shelves for technicians or customer pickups.
- Qualifications
