Service Porter / Car Wash Attendant Mercedes Benz of Fayetteville – 4.0 Fayetteville, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $12 an hour 2 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer service Driver’s License Driving Entry level Full Job Description Wash vehicles with an automatic car wash after service work is completed Service Porter Greet customers in a friendly manner Install paper and plastic protective items in vehicles as required Gather information for advisors (vin numbers, mileage, etc.) when busy Park vehicles and retrieve vehicles for customers Remove all paper, plastic, and tags numbers from the vehicle when returning vehicles to customers. Send each customer off with a “Thank you for your business!” Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive including mopping up water, picking up trash in and around the service department. Keep the service drive clear. Collect and dispose of cardboard in the shop daily. Occasionally drive the service shuttle.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Must be courteous, efficient, and professional. Applicant should be able to organize, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing situations. Possess the ability to work well alone and in a team environment. Experienced in dealing with the public. Candidate must be dependable and accountable. Candidate should display a sense of urgency.
