Experience:
5-10+ years of advanced mechanical experience Experience with air and hydraulic brake systems, air conditioning, general vehicle repair, electrical systems, battery-powered industrial equipment, and hydraulic systems
Education:
High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred; CDL license preferred

Job Description:
Repair electric engines, diesel motors, and propane lifts Diagnose and repair hydraulics Must be knowledgeable of air brakes and diesel engine Perform major repairs on fleet vehicles, light/heavy trucks, vans and forklifts Diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving; conduct preventative maintenance and inspections Train and assist other fleet technicians as needed Responsible for parts, test driving, and forklift operations
Position Requirements:
Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to their first day of employment CDL license preferred or able to obtain CDL permit by the 15 business day from date of hire Must have personal mechanic tools and roll-around toolbox Practice a good work ethic with a desire to grow Meet PBV driving qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Basic welding skills and gasoline, diesel, and propane fuel systems experience •$5,000 will be paid based on performance within 120 days of continuous employment.
