What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs Write repair orders and communicate recommended services Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Provide updates and clear communication to customers throughout the service process Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience as a service advisor or in the automotive industry preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy shop Basic understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
