Automotive Service Advisor:

Welcome customers and efficiently schedule service appointments Clearly explain service recommendations and repair processes to customers Coordinate between service technicians, parts department, and management Monitor and update service records and repair orders accurately Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach Ensure the service process adheres to company standards and manufacturer guidelines Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships Qualifications/Requirements•

Automotive Service Advisor:

1•2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related customer service role within the automotive industry Dealership experience is a
