You are the first point of contact with our customers for product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
  • Greet customers warmly and listen to their concerns or vehicle issues.
  • Provide expert advice on necessary repairs, maintenance services, and warranty coverage.
  • Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively to customers.

Service Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences and service availability.
  • Coordinate service orders with technicians, ensuring timely completion of repairs and
  • maintenance.
  • Update customers on the status of their vehicles and notify them of any delays or additional repairs needed.

Estimates and Quotes:
  • Provide accurate cost estimates for labor and parts based on service requirements.
  • Discuss payment options, including warranties, insurance coverage, and financing if applicable.
  • Obtain customer approval for repairs and maintenance services.

Documentation and Administration:
  • Create and maintain service records, including vehicle information, service history, and customer communications.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership or shop policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Technical Knowledge and Support:
  • Stay updated on automotive service trends, manufacturer guidelines, and technical specifications.
  • Assist technicians with interpreting customer concerns and diagnosing vehicle issues.
  • Provide support in explaining repair processes and technical details to customers.

Sales and Upselling:

Recommend additional services, maintenance packages, or accessories based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
