Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Toyota and Lexus Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on Toyota and Lexus vehicles. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, a passion for the automotive industry, and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate diagnostics on Toyota and Lexus vehicles to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs. Conduct maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid exchanges. Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical and HVAC systems, suspension, and other components. Utilize diagnostic tools and software specific to Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Stay current with industry developments, tools, and technical bulletins from Toyota and Lexus. Adhere to safety standards and keep a clean, organized work area. Document all services and repairs completed, including parts used and time spent. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers in a clear, understandable manner.

Qualifications:

Certification from a technical or vocational program in automotive repair (preferred but not required). ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or Toyota/Lexus-specific certifications (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on Toyota and Lexus vehicles preferred. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, scan tools, and OEM-specific software. Strong mechanical and technical skills, with an attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
