Job Summary:

Mills Auto Group is seeking experienced and highly skilled individuals to join our new Kia team of Service and Parts Team Members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and quality workmanship to our customers, while also contributing to the overall success of our Kia service department. These are full-time positions with competitive pay and offering great opportunities for growth and advancement. We are seeking a Service Manager, Parts Manager, Service and Parts Advisors, and Technicians.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Kia vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using the latest diagnostic equipment and tools Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and provide accurate estimates for repairs Maintain a clean and organized work area Keep abreast of new technology and techniques in the automotive industry Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service tasks Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and fellow team members

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Kia technician or in a similar role in the automotive industry ASE certifications or equivalent training and experience Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
