Job Responsibilities:
Courtesy Position:
Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
Hood Position:
Inspect and top off fluids (excluding brake fluid) per manufacturer recommendations. Retrieve and add oil as needed.
Pit Position:
Drain motor oil, replace oil filters, and grease chassis fittings.
Write-Up Position:
Assist customers in selecting oil types and additional services. Process payments for services performed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform coolant exchanges and transmission drain & fill services. Hold a sign to attract customers periodically throughout the day. Assist the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager with opening and closing procedures. Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor. Maintain cleanliness of the shop, office, and bathroom areas. Stay aware of vehicle conditions and report any concerns. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Requires the ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform other physical movements for extended periods. Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Requires the use of hands for tasks involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
